If I accidentally deleted the customer/company list, can it be restored?
If you delete the customer/company information by mistake, you write to apply for backup, fill in the application information below and send it to the customer service email. [vital@gss.com.tw]
After receiving the letter, the customer service staff will reply to provide the URL of the backup site, log in to the backup site and download the data you deleted by mistake, and then you can add it back to the existing site.
*The content of the letter must include:
- Enterprise name
- Time when data was deleted by mistake
- Basic Contact information
