How to count the number of calls made by business personnel?
You can count the number of business calls as follows:
Work Diary:
1. Click [Settings > Import/Export > Work Diary].
2. After entering the page, you can filter out the notes according to the criterias, and click the "Export Excel file" below.

Insight analysis:
1. Click [insight analysis] on the top of the system. After entering the screen, switch the lower tab to "note analysis", and then open the "filter" on the right.
2. In the filter window, select the type of note you want to search for in the "Note Type" column, and then you can see the filtered insight analysis on the left screen.
