Which functions can use role types?

Events/Case

In the event/case details page, you can select the role type of attendees in the participants tab.

 

Opportunities

In the opportunity details page, in the contact window list located in the bottom-right corner, you can choose the role type of the contact person from the dropdown menu.
※ If you want to leave the role type unspecified or need to remove it, please select the blank option.

 

Orders

If you have added a contact person in a orders, you can see the list of contact persons associated with the transaction on the right side of the details page. Clicking on "Edit" allows you to change the role type.

There are three functions, Event/Case, Opportunity, and Order can specify a role type (main window, emergency contact, etc.).
