How can I download data from the backup site?

The export process for the backup site is the same as the regular site. Here's how you can export data:

  • Note that the search function with the magnifying glass icon is not available on the backup site.

  1. You can go to the function menu bar and choose the data you want to export. For example, if you want to export data for customer A, you can go to the "Customer List" and locate that customer. Then, click on "Export Excel File" under "Tools".

  2. Alternatively, you can directly go to [Settings > Import/Export] and export the data from there.
