Vital CRM mobile version is available on both iOS and Android. It enables sales professionals to carry customer data on the go, allowing real-time access to customer information and contact records. After visiting clients, users can promptly input visit results into Vital CRM.

II. How to Log in to Vital CRM Mobile Version:

1. Click on GSS Cloud.


2. Enter your username and password or use methods like Microsoft, Google, and Facebook to complete the login.


III. How to View Customer Information:

1. First, go to the main menu and select "Customers."


2. You can directly click from the customer list or use the search bar above and the "Filter" below to query the customer information you need.


IV. How to Add Customer Contact Records Using the APP:

1. After selecting a customer, choose "Notes" from the list below.


2. Click the "+" button above to start adding notes.


3. On the page, you can edit notes. Using the functions at the bottom, you can select "Event Date," "Location Stamp," "Note Category," "Public or Private," "Attachments," and "Tag Accounts," making your notes more comprehensive.
