What should I do if I want to get results for "b & r", not "b" and "r" separately?

I want to search for "b & r", but the search function separated the "b" and the "r" during the search, so what should I do if I want to get results for "b & r", not "b" and "r" separately?

When you are searching for [b&r] in your files, the search engine will build up search results of “b” and “r”, two individual characters.

Therefore, when you enter [b&r], the system produces the results of b, the results of r, and the results which include b and r at the same time. Unfortunately, as of now, our system can not search for b&r specifically.
