Auto Summarize
Refers to new files added to the folder of the folder settings you’re editing. You can choose whether to let the system [Auto Summarize] new documents or not.
Enable Categorize
Decide whether to allow [Enable Categorize] or not.
Auto tokenizing and Auto Categorize in Advance
[Auto tokenizing] is associated with [Auto Categorize in Advance], and both are required to be set up at the same time.
The system's settings of [Auto Categorize in Advance] must be set in the [Management] → [Category] to select the category which you want to edit and its governing rules. (This function is only available to accounts granted privileges to edit categories)
