Exported / imported customer data is not responding and the system blocks pop-ups (Windows/Chrome)

After logging in to Vital CRM using Windows Chrome, when exporting or importing data, a pop-up message will appear. If the export or import action is suspended, it cannot be continued.

Chrome could automatically block the pop-up windows of Vital CRM. You can continue to use the export or import client feature by allowing the browser to accept pop-ups.

[How to configure Chrome to accept the Vital CRM pop-up window?]
1. To the right of the browser's address bar, you'll see a graphical representation of a blocked pop-up.
2. Click the icon and select "Always show pop-ups for https://crm.vitalyun.com"
3. After you've finished setting up, you can refresh your page and you can continue to use the export or import function, but if there is no response, please close the browser, re-open, and log in.
