How to renumber lots of customer numbers at a time?

When [Auto-Numbering] is enabled, you can renumber the customer numbers of those customers that are already been numbered.

The administrator can renumber all the customers that are meeting for particular searching conditions at a time, or renumber the selected customers.

Follow the steps below to enable [Auto-Numbering]
1. Go to [Settings > System Settings > Customer > Numbering]. Tick the box beside [Customer auto-numbering] to enable.


2. In the [Customer] tab, you can choose the customers either by searching with particular conditions or by selecting customers directly. Then click on [Actions for Customer(s) > Renumber].


*Please note that if the administrator select particular customers before clicking on [Actions for Customer(s) > Renumber], only the selected customers will be renumbered.
Besides, it will affect all of the customers matching to the current search conditions.
