How do I add tags for customers who attend the specific events?

1. Go to [Customer > More criteria]. Click [Case], choose your case/event in [Attend any of the Cases] / [Attend All Cases], and click [Search].




2. Customers fitting your specified criteria will be displayed. Click on [Actions on Customer(s) > Add Tag(s)] from the drop-down menu. Choose the tags you wish to add and click [Apply].
