How to export the participants of a case?

1. Go to [Customer > More criteria]. Click [Case], choose your case/event in [Attend any of the Cases] / [Attend All Cases], and click [Search] to get the list of participants of the case.




2. Click on [Actions on Customer(s) > Export Excel File] from the drop-down menu.
