Why can’t I create a new order from a past date?

Case example: You are not allowed to open 2017 when creating an order.



This is because Month-end Close is enabled. Administrator needs to go to [Settings > System Settings > Order], enter '0' in Month-end Close field, and save. You will then be able add a new order from a past date.
