The original role permission list had a setting called "Export Viewable Notes" for others' created customers, opportunities, and activity entries. Depending on the configuration, the total number of records visible when exporting logs would vary.
 

If you wish to configure permissions for both "View" and "Export" of logs and categorize "Export Viewable Notes" under the sub-items of log permissions, allowing administrators to have a clear overview and facilitate understanding the impact of permission settings, administrators can go to [Settings＞Account [Roles and Permissions]]​​ to make these configure permission to export working journal.
