Why is my customer from the New Customer Form not displayed on the customers list?

My customer has already filled the New Customer Form, but why is my customer still not displayed on the customers list?

Because the customer confirmation letter field of the customer collector is ticked, the customer needs to go to the mailbox to receive confirmation after completing the form. After confirming, and the customer will be successfully added.

The display name on the customers list will be taken from the name created in the customer form.
