How to add customers list from the customer form to be straightly added into Case?
Combine the customer form with "Case" to manage the customer list more clearly.
First, you must add a "Case" in the system, then add a customer form. In the drop down the menu of the "Case" column, you can choose the "Case" you just added. Every new customers that fills in the information will be automatically added to that case.
