The system only lets me to use data cleanup 3 times. If more times are required, will there be a fee?

Basically, there will be no additional fees, but users are not recommended to use the "Data Cleanup" function frequently. As "Data Cleanup" consumes many resources, the system sets a limit to prevent misusing.

If you use it normally but exceed the limit, you can contact us to increase the limit. During cleanup process, no account can use the system to avoid incomplete cleanup.

If you need to apply for increasing "Data Cleanup" back to 3 times, please email vital@gss.com.tw to apply, and attach the following information:

Reason for Application:
