＊Note: This function can only be operated by system administrator.

1. Go to [Settings > Import/Export > Product Import].


2. You can download the blank template first, and organize the product information into the excel file.


After downloading the empty template, enter the information into the appropriate fields.
＊If you have turned on the product number or custom extended attributes, you can also see these two fields in the file.


3. After confirming that the file is correct, click [Select a file] and select the file you want to upload.
＊If the file exceeds 5MB, uploading time will be longer.


4. Select Import Rules. The system provides [compare product name] for comparison. If you have enabled the product number, you can choose [compare product number] to be more accurate.
＊Note: System will automatically check for duplicate data when importing. It will not create a new data for existing products, but will merge the existing data with the imported data.


5. Click [Import] to start importing product information.
