How can I send LINE marketing messages?

  1. Go to the "Social Media" tab.

  2. After entering the function tab, click [Tools > Send Marketing Messages to Customers via LINE] in the upper right corner.

  3. The system will pop up an editing screen, where you can start editing the message content.
     

    *If you do not want to send to all customers on the list, you can also select the customers in the list, or search by criterias first.


(Select customers)

(click Show Advanced search)
