CRM User Introduction Guide
Thank you very much for choosing Vital CRM as your company's customer data management system tool. Before inviting colleagues to use the system, please have the system administrator or key members involved in the system implementation perform the system configuration according to the company's processes and management model. Follow the steps below to complete the system configuration:
Step 1: List the company's CRM implementation requirements and goals
If you're not sure how to list your goals, you can consider the following key points:
- Your target customer: General consumers or corporate clients.
- Which roles in the company will be using CRM? Sales, marketing, etc.
- For the roles mentioned above that will be using the system, what are their job responsibilities, and what improvements do they hope to achieve through the system?
Let's discuss together and list out the goals!
Step 2: Data inventory (You can skip this step if you don't need to import existing data)
Where is your data currently stored? ERP, Excel.
-
If you plan to import data, please prepare the file in Excel format.
- B2B: Contact and customer information.
- B2C: General consumer information.
(2) Order data
(3) Product master data.
-
Refer to the blank template file in the import package to import the fields that need to be imported into CRM. If there are any extra fields compared to the template, please mark them as they may require creating custom fields.
-
Discuss the categorization of your customers.
Step 3: System configuration
-
Refer to the blank template. If you have additional fields to import that are not in the template, create custom fields for those extra fields.
-
Discuss the system configuration using the relevant forms. Once the discussion is completed, proceed to the system to complete the configuration.
-
After completing the system configuration, you can start importing data.
