How to customize the categories for opportunity win rate?

You can go to [Settings > Customize Categories > Win Rate] to customize the available options and their order.

 

By default, the system provides three options: "Low," "Medium," and "High." However, you can adjust the names, order, or add additional options in the input field.

※ The currently in-use probability options cannot be removed, but their names can be modified.
