
How to set up Contact Persons for Orders?
You can set up contact person information in the transaction data to facilitate ongoing tracking and care.
When editing the transaction data, you can click the "+ Add" button in the contact person field to expand the list.
Once the list is expanded, you can click "Search for Customer" or "Company" to find the customer/company you want to add to the contact person list.
※ When entering the editing page of transaction data with previously set contact persons, the list will be expanded by default. After adjusting the contact persons, you can click the "-" button to collapse the list.
After searching and adding a customer/company as a contact person, you can choose the role type for that contact person.

After saving the order data, you can see the list of contact persons associated with the order on the right side of the details page. Clicking "Edit" allows you to make adjustments.
