Why is the geographical distribution of customers and companies not displayed in the Insight report?
When importing a large volume of customer data (or adding customers via API), the system does not automatically sync the address information of customers. It needs to be manually set by the users.
System administrators can go to [Settings > System > Service Information] and find the "addresses without GIS information processed" function on the right side. Here, you can synchronize the address information of all customer data.
