Yes, the LINE module can send video files.

Currently, in the LINE@ module's file attachment feature, you can send not only image files but also mp4-type video files.
※ Supports the .mp4 format, with a maximum file size limit of 10MB (LINE Messaging API limitation).

The following description is divided into "Web Version" and "App Version":

**Web Version:**
1. You can click the paperclip icon in the chat box to select a video file.


2. Successfully sent video messages will display the video thumbnail, which can be downloaded and viewed.


3. For video messages sent by customers, besides the download function, you can also see the thumbnail.


**App Version:**
On the one-on-one chat screen with the customer, there is a button at the bottom left to choose an image or a video file. After selecting, click the "Next" button in the upper right to start sending.




Reminder: Clicking on the video message will have different execution methods depending on the phone's operating system: Under the Android system, the video will be saved to the download folder. For iOS systems, it will use the built-in album function to open.
