How to add new customer contact records/notes?

In the Vital CRM system, the feature for recording customer contact content is called "Notes." Comprehensive notes enable you to quickly grasp the customer's status, achieving error-free optimal service.

Here's how your business can use the phone (or other mobile device) to add and edit customer notes.

*Note: The following system screen instructions apply to the mobile APP, for example:

1. After selecting the customer, choose "Notes" from the bottom list.


2. Click the top "+" button to start adding notes.


3. On the page, you can edit the notes. Using the functions at the bottom, you can choose "Date," "Location Check-In," "Note Permissions," "Note Categories," "Public Access," "Attachments," and "Tag Accounts" to make your notes more complete.


4. Unique mobile features compared to the desktop version: Location check-in, real-time photos, and recordings.

Since you're using a mobile device, you can record your location, take photos related to the notes, or use the recording function. This allows notes to go beyond text descriptions. The following details these features:

   - Location Check-In: Your phone recognizes your location, and the note will include an additional address entry.


   - Real-time Photos and Recordings: Click "Attachments," and you can choose to select photos from the gallery, take instant photos, or record audio.


Friendly Tip: The gallery, camera, and recording functions can also be used in note comments (as shown below). Click the "+" in the comment input box below the note to instantly upload your photos or recordings.
