For existing customers in the LINE official account who are not in the CRM list, how can I send them messages from the customer list?

The CRM's social media function seamlessly integrates with your LINE official account. Customer data enters the system only when customers interact on LINE. For new customers joining the LINE official account, the system automatically triggers the sending of a customer data feedback form. However, existing customers already in the LINE official account won't enter the CRM system unless they engage in conversation. Follow the steps below to encourage customer replies and interaction on LINE:

1. Check if your customer data feedback form is enabled or add a new one: Click to view FAQ

2. Send a broadcast message from your LINE official account, urging existing customers (those in the LINE official account but not yet in the CRM social media) to respond. Once a customer responds, they will be added to the CRM system, and you can send them a customer data feedback form using the social media function.
