Some of the reasons that a file has failed to be converted when previewing include: the file itself is non-printable, preserved, has a password or an external software encryption. Please remove the restrictions and try again.

Take Excel (.xls, .xlsx) for example, the most common reasons for convertion failure are:

• Sheets contain freeze panes or columns settings
• Contains macro or data connection settings
• Protection lock set for workbook (or worksheet)
• Encryption or non-printable data settings
