Why even though a role is set properly in account settings can't the relevant person add documents?

Use [Role] for example, if the folder setting is relevant to this role, why can’t the relevant person dd any document?

After you add a new role, you must add the relevant person into the role, then the person can add new documents.

How to add the relevant person into the role?

1. Please click [Management] and then [Role] under [Account Setting].




2. Please choose the account and click [Add] to add into the role.




3. For searching users and selecting users, please click [Member] so the members that you selected will be filled in [Selected Members].




4. After selecting, the adding page will show up the selected members. Click [Save] to finish.

After you add a new role, you must add the relevant person into the role, then the person can add new documents. How to add the relevant person into the role? Please refer to FAQ.
