What should I do if I imported duplicated order data into Vital CRM?
Due to the possibility for customers to take two (or the same) orders at the same time, we do not merge or cover duplicate orders to prevent from getting the order data wrong.
To ensure the imported order data is correct, we advise you to export order data to delete duplicate order data before importing the file into Vital CRM.
