What can I do if Insight report is still processing?

If your page is stuck in "Processing Data", as shown in this picture, follow the steps below.


The report analysis function of Vital CRM is provided by Power BI system, therefore it is connected with browser. Follow the instructions below to setup browser settings. 

1. Go to [Customized management>Settings>Advanced Settings>website setup>Permissions (Cookie)] to close the three party Cookie.

2. If you don't want to close the function as mentioned above, another option is you can go down to the fields of "Allow" to add: app.powerbi.com
