How can I send emails to customers who have not open my marketing email?
There are no shortcut from the system to do this. Follow the steps below to send emails to customers who have not open the marketing email :
1. Add a certain tag for customers who have successfully opened the letter.
2. Go back to the customer page, filter out the customers list, and then exclude the customers with the tag you made before.
3. Send emails again to the customers who have not opened the letter.
Note: You can also use the same method for customers who have opened the marketing emails.
