How to use the Customer Form to automate information collection when a new customers join?

The LINE official account connected to Vital CRM can be set to send a welcome message (including a link to the customer form) for customers to fill in when a new customer joins, and the filled content is directly connected to the customer profile. The process are as follows:

1. Go to the management screen and click to enter the "Customer Data Collector" function under social media.

2. Here you can view all the forms on the list, and you can select an existing forms or add a new form.


3. In the creating page, you can specify the name, notes (the text to be displayed in the welcome message), tags, scripts, activities, etc. to be added to the form.


4. After saving, go to the LINE setting screen to select the New Customer Form you want to use.


*After the customer adds the account, they will receive a message (as shown below)

5. You can check the chat records with customers in the system to confirm that the newly added customers have received the set customer form you set before.

6. After the customer fills out the New Customer Form, the customer will be directly added to the system with a tag of "New Customer Form". You can click the tag to see the batch of customers with the same tag.
