If the administrator does not want to receive all social media message notifications, how can I set it?

The administrator can set whether to receive all social media message notifications. You can untick "Activate notifications for unread messages in social media" in your profile settings. 

The system administrator will receive chat message notifications from all social media customers. If this option is turned off, the system administrator will not be able to receive chat message notifications from "clients whose permissions have been set by other users".

For example, when the administrator of system A sets the authority of a certain social media client to "only me" or "me and the following users/groups", that is, the authority of this customer belongs to a specific person or group. Under the circumstances, if the administrator of system B untick the option of "receive all social media message notifications", he will not receive the chat message notification of this customer, and will only receive the chat message notification that belongs to him, or when the permission is set to "everyone". 

The system administrator will receive chat message notifications from all social media customers. If this option is turned off, the system administrator will not be able to receive chat message notifications from "clients whose permissions have been set by other users". (Refer to FAQ)
