How can I import accounts?
1. Go to the [Settings] tab, click [ Import Accounts] under [Import/Export].
2. Click [Obtain empty template file], and input data according to fields. Note that the fields cannot be deleted.
3. Set [Customize Field Mapping] before uploading the files. Check whether each field is corresponding with the system. If the corresponding field data is not selected, the data will not be imported, which may cause the import to fail.
4. After confirming the datas, you can import your file.
*Please note that this function does not provide batch setting of account permissions. After importing accounts, the system administrator should set permissions for each users one by one.
