1. In the "Customer" tab, search the list of qualified customers by tag.
2. Click [Actions > Remove Tag]. Without checking any customers, tick the tag you want to remove, then click [Apply]. The system will remove the specified tags on customers of the list.

＊If only a few specific customers need to remove tags, make sure to check the customers before proceeding to remove tags.
