How to set up notifications for opportunities?
Users can set the default notification recipient for opportunities (or have the administrator set it) to facilitate default notification when editing opportunity or closing them later.
You can view or edit your default opportunity notification recipient in [My Account].

Administrators can also set the default opportunity notification recipient for any account on the account details screen.

You can set the default on/off switch and additional notification recipients for all types of opportunity notifications, so that users can choose whether to enable notifications and designate recipients when creating opportunities or follow default notification recipients.

When setting up notifications for opportunities, the default settings will automatically be applied:
- Notification for update: A notification will be sent to the designated account when the basic information of the opportunity is modified.
- Notification for no Follow-up: A notification will be sent if there are no opportunity records or completed tasks within a specified time period.
- Notification for expected closure: A notification will be sent before the scheduled closing date.
- Notification for Overdue: A notification will be sent for opportunities that exceed the scheduled closing date but have not yet been closed.
If a default notification for closing has been set, the system will automatically include the default notification recipients when an opportunity is closed.
