After completing the integration of CRM and LINE, where can I see the conversations with customers?
After completing the integration settings, you can click "Social Media" in the function list at the side of the system to enter the chat room and interact with customers.
On the customer information page, there is also a LINE tab, where you can view past chat records and send messages.
