Can I use LINE's chatbot after integrating it with CRM?

Yes, you can still use the chatbot. However, when you switch to chatbot mode and have the webhook enabled, the automatically generated messages sent from the LINE backend will not be recorded in the CRM. But if a customer replies to those messages, their responses will be recorded in the CRM. The messages sent automatically by LINE are not passed through the CRM and are sent directly to the customer. Therefore, you won't be able to see the LINE automated responses in the CRM, only the messages sent by the customer. If you want to view the entire conversation, please check it in LINE.
