The valid period for receiving replies in two-way SMS is within 7 days. After that, the system will no longer receive customer replies, and any unused credits will be refunded.
As for where you can view customer replies to two-way SMS, you can find them in the "Inbox" or "Received Messages" section of your SMS platform or messaging service provider.
