Can Current Customer Forms be placed in LINE's graphic menu?

The Current Customer Forms has a unique connection and cannot be directly placed in LINE's graphic menu. However, when sending marketing messages through the system, you can use graphic messages and incorporate Current Customer Forms.

Here's how you can do it:

  1. After selecting the customers you want to send messages to in the community media, click on [Tools > Send Marketing Messages to Customers via LINE] located in the upper right corner.

  2. On the screen, you can choose the "Current Customer Form" and "Rich Messages (Graphic Messages)" You can also preview the message in the box below.

By following these steps, you can utilize graphic messages to send marketing messages and include Current Customer Forms at the same time.
