After closing a lead, is it possible to modify the closure reason?

Once a lead is closed, closure reason cannot be modified. Therefore, you cannot change the closure reason. If you need to make modifications, you can cancel the closure first and then close it again.

  1. Click on the lead you wish to modify, and in the top-right corner, you will find a "Cancel Closure" button.

     

  2. After canceling the closure, click on "Close" again to select a new closure reason.
