How to have one-on-one chats with LINE customers through the app?
In the main feature list, click on the "Social Media" item to view all customers with linked LINE@ accounts. You can search by name, apply conditions to find relevant customers, specify sorting preferences, and filter by join time or blocking status. After selecting a specific customer, you can engage in real-time messaging with that customer.
