How do I send Current Customer Form for current customers of Line@?
Current Customer Forms are meant to collect additional informations from customers.
For customers who have already been added to CRM's customer list
1. Create a Current Customer Form through Settings > Social Media [Current Customer Form]
2. Click [Activate] and [Save]
For customers in LINE but have not been added into CRM's customer list
After the CRM system connects with LINE@ and have interactions with the customers on LINE@, the information of customers will automatically enter the system. Therefore, the system will send a Current Customer form automatically to customers who responds in the LINE@ chat.
However, for customers who don't give any response in LINE App, they will not automatically enter the system. If they do not respond, you can try the following methods:
1. Open your Current Customer Form and check if the status is already activated, or you can also create a new Current Customer Form.
2. In LINE@, you can send broadcast messages to attract response.
Once they reply the system will immediately send Current Customer Forms to customers.
