Customer Form - How can I set the additional fields of customer notes file attachmennt in Customer Form?
In the customer form, there is a "Customer Note Attached File" field. This field must be used together with the "Customer Note" field, so that the file can be attached to the customer note.
*Note that only one "customer notes file attachmennt" field can be added to a single form.
This button can be found in the drop-down menu of the Fields option:
Fill in the screen as follows:
After filling and submiting, the system will collect customer information into the CRM system and create a note with additional files. As shown below:
