How can I delete LINE customers?
When you have confirmed that there will no longer be any contact with LINE customers and their data will not be retained, the customer can be deleted. Any messages sent by the customer to the official account afterwards will not be sent to the CRM system. Deleted LINE customers can use the "unblock" function to restore their data and continue to exchange LINE messages with the account.
*Notes:
- Deleting a LINE customer is equivalent to "clearing the customer's data" plus "systematically blocking the customer" (customer notes, tasks, related orders, and opportunities will all be deleted!)
- After deleting a LINE customer, only the customer's name is archived and all other data is deleted. The data that can be restored using the "unblock" function is only the customer's name, LINE nickname, and profile picture.
System administrators can view the list of blocked customers under [Setting > Data > Blocked Social Media Customers]
The list of blocked social media customers can be filtered using various criteria, and unblocking can also be done for individual cases.
