How to customize customer notes and its permissions in the APP?
The following will explain how to set customer and note permissions:
I. Customer Permissions
When adding customers or editing customer data, you can set permissions (see below) by choosing either [Everyone], [Only me], or [Customize].
II. Note Permissions
When adding notes or editing a note, you can set permissions (see below) to select "Same as selected customers", "Everyone", "Only me" or "Custom".
