How do I get the system to automatically send emails upon completion of questionnaires?
By using the New Customer Forms, you can create application forms or membership application forms. After the forms are created, the system will generate a link that is usable in eDMs, Facebook or other websites which helps you easily collect data from your customers.
After New Customer Forms has collected a customer list, you can start the marketing script which gets the system to send emails automatically to customers after they fill out the prerequisite questionnaires. It can be considered as a notification for you and your customers.
Step 1 Compose an Email or SMS that your customers are going to receive after they fill out the form.
Create a [Marketing Script] and set up the Email or SMS for notifying customers.
* Set the send time: If you want your customers to receive your message right after they fill out the form, please select [Send Now].
* Enter the subject
* Enter email content
Methods for setting up a SMS are the same as an Email.
After setting up the script, please save it as a template.
Step 2 Create a customer collector
Go to [Settings >Other [Customer Info Collection]]
* Name this customer form
* Choose the marketing script you made in Step 1
* Edit the form content, use [Input Field] to create form fields so the data that customers input can be converted into a table
Step 3 Generate link of the form
After the form is made, the system will generate a link and you can use on official websites, Facebook or eDMs.
